Then, use your thumbs to apply gentle upward pressure while “pushing” back toward your ears. Once you get back toward your ears, hold the pressure for 30 seconds, release, then repeat twice more. [3]
    • “Internal zygo pushing” involves doing the same action but on the inside of your mouth, which, in theory, is more effective at widening the face and pushing the cheekbones out.
