Steak Diane Recipe
Ingredients:
* 2 steaks (sirloin or ribeye)
* Salt and pepper, to taste
* 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1/4 cup beef broth
* 1/4 cup heavy cream
* 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
* 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
* 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
Pat the steaks dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
Add the steaks to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare or until desired doneness.
Remove the steaks from the skillet and set them aside.
Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the beef broth, heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce to the skillet and stir to combine.
Cook the sauce for 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly.
Return the steaks to the skillet and spoon the sauce over them.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
