Windmill Exercise
* Stand with your feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart
* Relax your shoulders and let your arms hang by your sides
* Raise your hands in front of your body with your fingers pointing down
* Inhale and bring your arms toward the center of your body
* Raise your hands over your head
* Arch your spine backwards
* Slowly exhale and bend your body from the hip toward the floor and let your arms hang in front of you
* Inhale and return to the starting position
Touch the Sky
* Sit with good posture in a chair
* Put your hands in your lap with your palms facing up and fingertips facing each other
* Inhale slowly and raise your hands to chest level with your palms outward
* Exhale and relax your arms while lowering them to your sides
* When you have completely exhaled, return your hands to the starting position

* Sit in a chair with your hands resting on your thighs
* Breathe in and twist your shoulders to the right so that your head and neck stay in line with your spine
* Pause for a moment and inhale as you straighten your body again
* Repeat on the other side
