Avocado Icing Recipe
Ingredients:
* 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
* 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
* 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup
* 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
* 1-2 tablespoons of almond milk, as needed
Instructions:
In a food processor or blender, puree the avocado until it becomes smooth.
Add the cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract and continue to puree until the mixture is well combined.
If the icing is too thick, add almond milk one tablespoon at a time until it reaches the desired consistency.
Use the icing immediately or store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
