Mustard Dill Broiled Salmon Recipe
Ingredients:
* 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
* 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
* 2 tablespoons honey
* 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* Salt and pepper to taste
* Optional garnish: chopped fresh dill and lemon wedges
Instructions:
Preheat the broiler to high and line a baking sheet with foil.
In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, dill, and garlic.
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush the mustard-dill mixture over the salmon fillets.
Broil the salmon for 8-10 minutes, or until it is cooked through and lightly browned.
Serve the salmon hot, garnished with chopped fresh dill and lemon wedges if desired.
