Soy Ginger Broiled Salmon Recipe
Ingredients:
* 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
* 1/4 cup soy sauce
* 2 tablespoons honey
* 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
* Salt and pepper to taste
* Optional garnish: sliced green onions and sesame seeds
Instructions:
Preheat the broiler to high and line a baking sheet with foil.
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush the soy-ginger mixture over the salmon fillets.
Broil the salmon for 8-10 minutes, or until it is cooked through and lightly browned.
Serve the salmon hot, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
