Lemon Butter Lobster Tails
Ingredients:
* 2 lobster tails, boiled and meat removed from the shells
* 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
* 1 tbsp lemon juice
* 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
* Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat the broiler to high.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet lined with foil.
Brush the lobster meat with the lemon butter mixture.
Broil the lobster tails for 2-3 minutes, or until the meat is heated through and the butter is melted and bubbly.
Serve the lobster tails with additional lemon butter sauce on the side.
