Notes: In this section, write down what you were doing and how you were feeling immediately before the seizure. Also indicate what foods you ate before the seizure that may have triggered it. Note down any observations about the seizure if someone witnessed it and can report to you. Finally, note how long it took you to recover from the seizure.
