Lemon Herb Boiled Lobster Tails Recipe
Ingredients:
* 4 lobster tails
* 1/4 cup unsalted butter
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
* 2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
* 1 lemon, juiced
* Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Add the lobster tails to the pot and let them boil for 8-10 minutes, or until they are bright red and the meat is opaque.
While the tails are boiling, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Stir in the parsley, thyme, and lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper.
Remove the tails from the pot and let them cool for a few minutes.
Crack the shells open and remove the meat, then drizzle the lemon-herb butter over the meat and serve.
