Lobster Tail Pasta
Ingredients:
* 2 lobster tails, boiled and meat removed from the shells
* 8 oz spaghetti
* 2 tbsp unsalted butter
* 2 garlic cloves, minced
* 1/2 cup heavy cream
* 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
* 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
* Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.
While the pasta is cooking, melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the garlic to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.
Add the lobster meat to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until heated through.
Reduce the heat to low and add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese to the skillet. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
Drain the spaghetti and add it to the skillet with the lobster sauce. Toss to coat the spaghetti with the sauce.
Divide the pasta between two plates and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Serve immediately.
