Baked Salmon Recipe
Ingredients:
* 4 salmon fillets, skin-on
* Salt and pepper, to taste
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 2 tablespoons lemon juice
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet, skin-side down.
Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
Brush the mixture over the salmon fillets.
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Remove the salmon from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
