Lip pull
* Keep your head in a neutral position
* Lift your lower lip up as much as possible by pushing your lower jaw out
* Hold this position for 10 to 15 seconds
* Repeat 10 times
“Kiss the sky” chin lifts
* Lean your head back towards the sky
* Pucker your lips into a kissing shape
* Hold this position for 10 seconds
* Repeat 10 times
Fish lips
* Suck in your cheeks and lips to make a fish face
* Try to smile while holding this position for 5 seconds
* Repeat 10 times
Jaw chewing
* Keep your head straight and upright
* Close your mouth while moving your jaw like your chewing for 2 seconds
* Open your mouth and press your tongue down against the base of your teeth
* Hold for 5 seconds
* Repeat 10 times
Tight eye close
* Close your eyes with your head in a neutral position
* Squeeze your eyes closed as tightly as possible, using your cheeks to help
* You should feel your cheek muscles engaged
* Hold this position for 10 seconds then relax
* Repeat 5 times
Smile and pucker
* With your head in a neutral position, smile as wide as you can
* Hold for 5 seconds then push your lips forward into a pucker
* Hold for 5 seconds then relax
* Repeat 10 times
