Lemon Herb Broiled Salmon Recipe
Ingredients:
* 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
* 1/4 cup olive oil
* 1 lemon, zested and juiced
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
* 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
* Salt and pepper to taste
* Optional garnish: lemon wedges and fresh herbs
Instructions:
Preheat the broiler to high and line a baking sheet with foil.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, and thyme.
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush the lemon-herb mixture over the salmon fillets.
Broil the salmon for 8-10 minutes, or until it is cooked through and lightly browned.
Serve the salmon hot, garnished with lemon wedges and fresh herbs if desired.
