As the victim of the domestic violence that was inflicted on me by the defendant, Mitchell Cohen, I would like to request that you issue a criminal protective order that would prevent the defendant from having any contact with me throughout the duration of his trial. While I do understand that Mr. Cohen is in protective custody, this does not prevent him from calling, emailing, or making other attempts to reach me and continue to wreak terror on me, my children, and other relatives. As a result, I feel that additional measures are needed to protect the safety and sanity of my family. I hope that Mitchell Cohen is prosecuted to the furthest extent of the law. He is a dangerous man, and I hope that you will not consider any plea bargains or other reduced sentences in this case. I am eager to be of help to you in any way that I can.
