Grilled Salmon Recipe
Ingredients:
* 4 salmon fillets, skin-on
* Salt and pepper, to taste
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 2 tablespoons soy sauce
* 2 tablespoons honey
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 teaspoon grated ginger
* 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
Instructions:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
Brush the mixture over the salmon fillets.
Place the salmon fillets on the grill, skin-side down.
Grill the salmon for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Remove the salmon from the grill and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
