Pan-Seared Salmon Recipe
Ingredients:
* 4 salmon fillets, skin-on
* Salt and pepper, to taste
* 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1/4 cup white wine
* 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
* 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
Instructions:
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the salmon fillets to the skillet, skin-side down.
Cook the salmon for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Remove the salmon from the skillet and set it aside.
Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the white wine and Dijon mustard to the skillet and stir to combine.
Cook the sauce for 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly.
Return the salmon to the skillet and spoon the sauce over it.
Garnish with chopped fresh dill before serving.
