How do I know if someone is high vibration?
I think it’s more of a feeling. If you’re also in a high vibration, you’ll connect to them better. But if you’re in a low vibration, they’ll irritate you. Like when you’re upset and a happy kid is playing around, and it annoys you. It’s about resonance. High-vibration people tend to be more empathetic, open, and vulnerable.
If you want to achieve a higher vibration state, integrate your shadow . Jungian psychology suggests this. You also have to accept yourself fully—you can’t raise your vibration if you’re in denial or holding onto shame.
Raising your vibration is about emotional states — if you can’t accept where you are, you’ll stay stuck. But once you find acceptance and expand into love, compassion, and other higher emotions , you begin to break through. Shadow work helps with this — you bring up your triggers, work through them, and bring love and compassion into those areas. The more you do that, the more you expand. That’s how you raise your vibration. And meditation helps with this because you get deeper insights.

I want to learn how to astral project
You already need to have an established meditation practice. You need to be able to direct your awareness and let go at will.
I recommend doing it in the evening and not eating beforehand, because eating grounds your awareness more in your body. It’s best done lying down. Breathe in and out for about 10 minutes, and put your awareness in the room around you. Before closing your eyes, take a look around and memorize the room. Then close your eyes and keep visualizing the room while you’re breathing and focusing — just let go. That’s the best way I can describe it.
If you do manage to project into your astral body, it helps to tie a thread around your body (or even just imagine doing so) to help you return to it. If you do it in a controlled environment and make it a practice, it can be safe. But it takes time, practice, and dedication. It’s not something you can just try on a whim — you have to warm up to it. Some people use it to explore or even to spy on others. You can even meet people in that state, from what I’ve heard.
