    Not necessarily. The presence of lots of rain doesn't tell us for sure what the humidity is. Humidity refers to the air's water content, which is sometimes invisible.

    In order to calculate relative humidity using the temperature, you must also know the dew point temperature. Take the air temperature and dew-point temperature in Celsius and calculate the saturated vapor pressure using a special formula. Then, you'll need to find the actual vapor pressure by using the same formula, but swapping out the air temperature for the dew point temperature. Once you have those 2 values, you can use another formula to calculate the relative humidity.
