You'll need a lot of gems for this. The best way is just to keep rolling gems, but you shouldn't waste your money on it all. Use shards and legendary hero cards to first get the simple legendaries. Then, roll gems for the better ones. Some legendaries can only be won in events though, which require you to buy or spend gems to get a chance to win one. This will take a lot of time, so settle in!
