You'll have to find a way to first download the audio from the recording to your computer. If it's a CD, you can do this by simply placing it in your computer's disc tray and using the media player of your choice to rip the tracks. If it's in another format, like an actual tape, it may be necessary to transfer or rerecord the audio to a CD before you can access the digital files.
