    Expert Answer
Running and walking are both very good exercises for your legs, but it depends on the intensity of your exercise. If you're a runner who's sprinting a lot, then you're going to build a lot more muscle on your leg than if you're just walking on flat ground. Power walking, walking briskly, and hiking uphill are all going to build muscle, however. If your plan is to build more muscle, you need to have more lean meats as well. Fish, like tuna, is a good option. You can also try eggs, soy, beans, and chicken breast.

  • Question
Can using scrub help with getting rid of cellulite?
    Community Answer
Cellulite is actually a secondary female sex characteristic, and it’s nothing to be ashamed of. More than 90% of women have it, and it has to do with the way our bodies network fat, meaning that a skin scrub won’t get rid of it. It makes us hardier in times of stress or famine, and it allows women to store more fat while still remaining healthy. Love your cellulite!
  • Question
My right is shorter than my left. How do I make my right leg longer?
    Community Answer
Make sure you stretch your right leg more thoroughly. If your right side is non dominant, consider working out on that side first for better form and reps from your exercise. Consider trying to gain more muscle on that leg if it is your weaker side. Muscle will take up more space and make your leg longer. This may be because of your genetics and remember that everyone is a tad bit uneven. If there is a considerable height difference, it is smart to talk to a doctor and ask for their solution.
