  • Question
I am on the 2nd throw of my dice (I have four). I roll three 6s and a 1. Is this equal to 700? Or does the 3 of a kind only count on the first roll?
    Community Answer
Your score is 700. 3 of a kind counts at any point during the game, not just the first roll.
  • Question
When you have a Farkle, do you lose all of your points you rolled?
    Community Answer
Yes. If you do Farkle, your turn ends and you’ll score no points for the round. That means if all six dice show 2, 2, 3, 6, 4, and 3, then you’ll get a Farkle!
  • Question
How many rolls does a person get on their turn?
    Community Answer
You can roll as many times as you want but remember, you’ll have to keep your points or get a Farkle to end your turn.
  • Question
Do you always have to roll a 1 or a 5 to keep playing?
    Community Answer
Yes. One and five are known as the scoring numbers. They give you 50 and 100 points respectively.
  • Question
Can you add to the dice that is already been pulled aside, for example, if I roll three 4s then roll another 4 can I make that 4 of a kind?
    Community Answer
No. If you roll three fours, then you’ll get 400 points. However, you can’t roll another four after your first throw.
  • Question
Do you have to roll a 1 or 5 to get started at first
    Ali Garbacz
    Community Answer
You need to roll any dice that are worth points. This includes 1s, 5s, three-of-a-kinds, 3 pairs, etc. To start earning points, you must get at least 500 points before you can be added to the score card.
  • Question
If you take a 1 on your first roll but then on your second roll you roll two 1s, can you combine these with the first 1 to get 1000, or just get an additional 200 points?
    Ali Garbacz
    Community Answer
You would only get an additional 200 points. In order for it to be worth 1,000 points, all three 1s need to show up in a single roll.
  • Question
On my first roll, I got 5,5,6,6,3,2. I set aside the 5s. Can I also set aside the two 6s in hopes of rolling one more on my next roll?
    Ali Garbacz
    Community Answer
No. Since two 6s on their own aren't worth any points, they can't be set aside. In this case, you can only set aside the 5s, since single 5s are worth points on their own.
