The first way being to Copy or Cut the file by Right-Clicking on the file of your choosing from the C: Drive and selecting Copy or Cut. Then go to the D: Drive and right click and Paste. Another way is by dragging the file from the C: Drive to the D: drive in the left Navigation panel of the File Explorer.
