How do I adapt to school life and the schedule quickly?

Make friends and maybe older ones so that the know where classes are. Study the schedule too. Maybe after hours or when your not busy go around the school. Try going with a friend too. Talk to professors and counselors. Study a lot but don’t overdo it. If you have migraines from studying too much or feel hungry, don’t be afraid to take a break or study with friends. If you study with friends you can enjoy studying.Maybe if you go on a short walk or drink some waiter it will be better. Listen to music too. Eat healthy; it will enhance positive energy and also make you happier and more energized. Also: pay attention!
