Nope, you can have as many people as you want! (Although personally I would recommend keeping it under 50 just because you have to clean up after everyone at the end.)

There are endless ideas for a 14th birthday. You can go to a movie, bowling alley, skating rink, museum/zoo, or host a pool party. You could order pizza or have everyone meet up at a restaurant. Get input from your parents, and if you still can't decide, ask some of the friends you're planning to invite what they'd like to do.

We're holding a party at our beach house. The beach charges a fee for a badge to get onto the beach. Am I responsible for paying for everyone's badge?
