Do you have the sneaking suspicion that someone is using your Instagram account? Luckily, checking your login activity is pretty easy to do using either the app or the website. There are also ways to increase your account security. Here's how to check Instagram login devices on your iPhone, iPad, Android, or computer.

- Tap ☰ .
- Tap Accounts Center .
- Tap Password and security .
- Tap Where you're logged in .
- Tap your account to view your login activity.

Using the Mobile App

Tap your profile icon in the Instagram app. You'll see it in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

Tap ☰ . This three-line menu icon is in the top-right corner of your screen.Advertisement

Tap Accounts Center . This is at the very top of the page.

Tap Password and security . You can find this towards the middle of the page, underneath the Account settings header.

Tap Where you're logged in . This is under the Security checks header.

Tap your account. A new page will open with your login activity.

View your login activity. You'll see your current activity and logins on other devices. [1] X Research source
- To sign out of devices, tap Select devices to log out . Tap each device, and then tap Log out at the bottom.

Using Desktop

Click ☰ . You can find this on the left sidebar of Instagram on the web. A pop-up menu will open.
- If you aren't already logged in, enter your email address or username and password to do so now.

Click Settings . This is at the top of the menu.

Click Accounts Center . This is the tile on the left side, underneath the Settings header.
- A new page will open.

Click Password and security . You can find this in the left panel, underneath the Account settings header.

Click Where you're logged in . This is under the Security checks header.

Click your account. A new page will open with your login activity.

View your login activity. You'll see your current activity and logins on other devices.
- To sign out of devices, click Select devices to log out . Click each device, and then click Log out at the bottom.
