Access and listen to your voicemail on Xfinity
Do you want to check your Xfinity Comcast voice messages? You can access Xfinity voicemail using your home phone, another phone, or a web browser. You'll just need your phone number and PIN, or your Xfinity login information. Here's how to check Xfinity voicemail using your iPhone, Android, or computer.

Dialing the Number

Dial *99 or your Xfinity phone number. If you're calling from your Xfinity phone, dial *99. However, if you want to check your voicemail from a different phone, such as a mobile phone or landline away from home, dial your Xfinity phone number instead.
- Your phone line will ring until the voicemail picks up.

Checking Online

1Sign into https://connect.xfinity.com/voice/voicemail . You can access this website from any computer, phone, or tablet.
- If you're not already signed in to your Xfinity account, enter your Xfinity ID and password to do so now.
- You should see a list of all your saved voicemails.

2Click the Play button next to the voicemail. This will play the voice message. Once a voicemail is played, it will be marked as "Heard".

3Delete a voicemail (optional). If you don't want a voice message in your inbox, you can easily delete it. Do the following:
- Click ☰ on the right of the message.
- Click Send to Trash .

4Download a voicemail (optional). The Xfinity Voice voicemail can hold about 85 minutes of voicemails. If you need to free up some space but don't want to delete any messages, you can download it to your device. Do the following:
- Click ☰ on the right of the message.
- Click Download Voicemail .
- Alternatively, you can also save a voicemail on your iPhone or Android device .

Changing Automatic Playback (Phone)

1Dial *99 or your Xfinity phone number. If you're calling from your Xfinity phone, dial *99. However, if you want to check your voicemail from a different phone, such as a mobile phone or landline away from home, dial your Xfinity phone number instead.
- If you want your voicemail to automatically play a new message once you dial in rather than be prompted by the system, you can change your automatic playback settings.

2Press # when the voicemail picks up. It's the symbol that looks like a hashtag on your phone's dialpad.

3Enter your Xfinity Voice passcode. This is a 4-digit PIN.

4Press 4 . This will select personal options .

5Press 2 . This will select administrative options .

6Press 1 . This will select general options .

7Press 4 . This will select message detail playback options .

8Press 1 or 2 . Press 1 if you want to change the automatic playback of the date/time for each voice message. Press 2 if you want to change the automatic playback of the name of the person leaving the voice message.
- Once your settings have been set, you can end the call.

3Toggle on Playback settings. Click the switch to toggle on the options for: Automatically play my new message when I dial into my voicemail and/or Announce the date and time when playing voicemails .
