  1. Dial *99 from your Xfinity phone, or your home phone number if traveling.
  2. Press the pound (#) sign when your greeting begins.
  3. Enter your passcode to hear your messages.

    • If you're not already signed in to your Xfinity account, enter your Xfinity ID and password to do so now.
    • You should see a list of all your saved voicemails.

If your voicemail is at full capacity, callers won't be able to leave any new voicemails on your account. Luckily, you should receive an email and a voice message from Xfinity alerting you that your mailbox is almost full.
