You can chat with a live person using their official support number or live chat, or you can use the Help Center. Here's how to contact Hulu customer service.
Speaking to Hulu Customer Support
- To contact Hulu by phone, dial 877-824-4858. Wait for the end of the automated message to speak to a real person.
- To use Live Chat, go to the Hulu website and select a reason. Select Chat with an Agent .
- You can also Tweet Hulu on X at @hulu_support.

- A chat window will open on your screen.
- The Virtual Assistant will ask you prompts. You can select the prompt or enter your issue in the text field.

Go to https://help.hulu.com/ . You can use a desktop or mobile browser.
- The Help Center has articles with common issues. If you want to troubleshoot your issue before contacting Hulu, you can search for solutions here.

Select a help topic. You'll see these underneath All topics When you select a topic, the section will expand. You may need to click a few options to get to an article.
