I think I have a crush?
A week ago, I met a boy who came from another country for a trip and I got his number. We've been texting everyday and he's genuinely really nice, good looking, and smart. We're a couple years apart, and both of us are teenagers. I really like him and I think I have a crush on him. He sometimes says things that could imply something, but his mother tongue isn't English so I'm not sure. For the "What does your crush think about you" quiz, I got that he thinks I'm a great friend but wants to be more. What should I do?

usually age gaps between people that aren't so big are no big deal. however, as you stated, you both are BOTH TEENAGERS. I don't mean to ruin your true love crush business, but an age difference between people in their major growing stages and youth is really bad when it comes to developing a romantic relationship. A few years can determine so much when it comes to how mature someone can be. Also, I doubt a lot of time has passed and it sounds reckless to want to already be "something more" with someone that you can't even interact with in real life. Letting a quiz be your answer to whether your crush likes you back or whatever is also kind of questionable,,,

yeah, okay. Thanks v much! I mean, I've been told I'm really mature quite a lot, but I'm definitely going to wait a while. It's been a month btw.

IM GLAD you're waiting awhile, just because others may call you mature doesnt mean you should pursue relationships with age gaps like that (no offense towards you!!), I dont want to sound like im belittling your maturity but just always keep maturity gaps and stuff in mind always always!!! grin

Be confident, look good, smile, show your best features and one day you guys will be more than friends, maybe flirt a little?

You mentioned teenagers. How old are you all if comfortable. If not, just know that things like 16/14 or 18/16 or 17/15 aren't appropriate age gaps. Besides that, It seems like you just need a little push. Maybe tell him that "One of my friends thinks you like me, is it true?" and see not only what he says, but how he acts. Is he fidgeting, blushing, looking away? If he does say yes, then you can figure it out from there.
