QuestionHow do I make my dragon fruit jam set?Nixnix GaoCommunity AnswerI don't think you need to do anything to make it set. It says 'Cook over a low and steady heat. Stir frequently. The mixture will begin to thicken as you stir, over a period of about half an hour.' So you don't need to do anything different than what the instructions say.

QuestionHow long will it last in the refrigerator?Community AnswerIt should last about five days. After that, it will lose its flavor and, ultimately, go bad.
-
QuestionCan I can dragon fruit jam in a pressure canner?Community AnswerYes, and it would preserve it better than putting in a regular can too. This is would probably be the best way to can it, but if you do not have a pressure canner at your house, then a mason jar will do.
