Steps

Go to https://drive.google.com . This opens the contents of your Google Drive.
- If you’re not signed in, click Go to Google Drive to sign in now.

Click Share… . You’ll see the Share with Others window.

Click Advanced . It’s at the bottom-right corner of the window.

Check the box next to “Disable options to download, print, and copy for commenters and viewers.

Click Save Changes .

Click Done . You’ve now disabled downloads for the selected file.
