    Where is the best place to find good-quality but inexpensive makeup for this look? I plan on trying this out only for the day of October 31st, so I don't want a lot of makeup left over.

    For scars, mix food coloring and a little corn starch into non-toxic kids' glue. Let the glue thicken and get tacky, then apply to your clean skin. For a white skin tone, use lotion on the skin and dust on corn starch. Use a greasy lotion for a brighter white. Dollar stores are the best option for inexpensive makeup.
