No. Purchases made on the Amazon website must be paid for online during the checkout process before the order can be submitted and shipped. It's the same for ordering from pretty much any website. There is no 'at the door' since this is an online store, and the people who deliver the packages generally have nothing to do with Amazon, they're just postal service/UPS people. You can always go buy a Visa (or other credit card issuer) gift card at a store and just use that as your 'credit card' on Amazon (you can fill in whatever when they ask for the name and address associated with the card in that case).
