How could I entice a mole to come out of its hole?

They shun the light, so they won't come out in the daytime for pretty much anything. If you're patient though, you'll be able to see them come out at night, although there isn't really anything you could use to bring them out yourself.

Moles can run at about 8 kph, or 5 mph. Moles can only run that fast for a short amount of time. That makes them very hard to catch, I recommend trapping the mole inside its burrow.

Juicy Fruit is the only one that works. You have to wear gloves, do not touch the gum with your hands. Chew it 2 or 3 times and throw it in the hole, do one gum daily. It took about 3 big packages of juicy fruit for the mole to die.
