What's the difference between the Pacifist ending and the True Pacifist ending? What about the Neutral ending?

The Neutral ending in UnderTale is when you do not kill everybody or it is your first run. On your first run, the only options are Genocide and Neutral, whether you spare everyone or not. There is no difference between Pacifist and True Pacifist.

When you start the game, you get a random number from 1 to 100. If your number is 66 (there are ways to change it to this), after you finish the game, go back to the waterfall. A corridor will be added with a gray door on the wall. Enter the room and you will see what is widely accepted to be Gaster.
