There should be a 4-way pad on the front of the remote, press the down arrow until you highlight the exit, then click okay.
  • Question
To set up a Samsung smart TV with internet, where would I go to find my network?
    Community Answer
If you can get to step 6 in the above How To, the name of your WiFi network should appear on the list. If you are not sure what name to look for, check on another device (phone, computer) you have already connected. I had to add two steps at the beginning, as follows: 2a After pressing the home button, navigate with the left arrow key to the menu icon, which looks like three lines. The icons will change. 2b Navigate using the left arrow to the settings icon, which looks like a gear, and select it. A new window will appear with a list, that includes "General" as an option. Continue with step 3.

Connect your computer to the Wi-Fi and type CMD in your Windows search bar. Select "command prompt". Then press enter on your keyboard. Type "ipconfig/all". Then press enter. You'll find the physical address as well as the ipv4 address, subnet, getaway, etc.
