Your best bet is make another channel. If your account has already been reviewed and it was determined that you violated the rules, that's unlikely to change whether or not you agree with the decision. You can try to appeal to the site by writing a letter to their customer service department if you feel like you have a strong enough argument though.

How do I report someone for sexual content? They're literally uploading porn, but that's not an option when reporting a user. What should I do?

You can report sexually inappropriate content. When you click the flag/report icon there should be an option that literally says "Sexual content" and a drop down menu where you can pick another reason why it's sexual content (i.e., abusive title or description, nudity).
