    Community Answer
Once you have published it, you copy the link where the save is and paste it wherever you can access it. This way you can go to it whenever you need. If you can't find the link, type in the exact title you saved it as on forums/planet minecraft and it should come up, and you can copy the link from there.

On Windows: You can go in the Launcher > Edit Profile > Open Directory, or even by press Windows + R and typing "%appdata%\.minecraft\" in the box. On Mac OS X: Go to Finder and look for "Go to folder…" at the top. Then enter "/Users//Library/Application Support/minecraft" using the name of your User Account on the Mac. If it doesn't work, go to your Launcher > Edit Profile > Open Directory. Make note of the folder, because for some reason the launcher directory target was changed and it set its files there.
