It's actually quite simple. Instead of taking one shot with multiple camera angles, just take multiple shots from each angle. For example, if your character is talking to another, you can film all of that character's dialogue, then switch to the other person. In whatever editing program you use, these two angles can be edited together just like if you used multiple cameras.
