Wait until nightfall, then feed on a sleeping human. I know that there are travelers in Skyrim, and you can feed off of them when they go to sleep. Just select the person as if you wanted to talk to them, but when the mini menu comes up, press "Feed" instead of "Talk to (NPC Name)."
