Is there a way to delete one particular conversation history without deleting other histories?

Yes. If you are on a mobile phone, just select the conversation you'd like to delete and swipe to the left, and it should give you an option to delete it. If you are on a laptop or desktop, you have to right-click, and it will give the same option.
