  • Question
What if I happen to fall on the landing?
    Community Answer
Practice on a soft surface first, so if you fall you don't feel as much pain. When you fall, if you fall into a bridge and then crash, try to keep going. Push yourself back up into a bridge, and use your muscles to get you back up. It may not look proper, but it's alright, since you're just learning. If you feel like you've hurt your head, or your back, just sit back up and take it easy. If you fall straight on your back, it might hurt or you might get a head rush and start seeing stars, so lay on your back until your feel comfortable again, and then slowly get up. If you have anyone who may be able to help spot you, you can ask them if they can support your back.
