    No. It’s either current year if their birthday has passed, or last year if their birthday hasn’t passed yet.

    Method 1 above does work. Step 5 is a little tricky. The number you use in that step changes every year! (Note the explanation at the bottom of Step 5.) Be sure you're using the right number! Try the method on yourself!
