    When it comes to mobility, what we typically recommend is moving more and taking a more holistic approach to your fitness regimen and working on core control and core strength along with using exercises that follow a full range of motion. One of our general rules of thumb when it comes to mobility and movement is over time if you don't use it, you lose it. So you have to make sure that you are moving your body.

    How do I stop my chest from going forward while doing a toe touch?

    You need to practice lifting your chest up during the toe touch. Imagine that there is a string coming out of the center of your chest that's attached to the ceiling. Try to keep this string in mind as you complete your toe touch; use it as a point of focus for your chest.

    You can try to stretch every day, and also try doing it over splits. Remember these type of things take time so give yourself some time to really apply yourself!

    In a traditional toe touch, you don't bend your knees. However, if it hurts your legs not to, then try it with bent knees. If you practice daily, your flexibility will quickly increase, and you'll likely be able to do it without bending your knees.

    For hip flexors, try a seated wall split (which is shown in many get your middle split videos). Of course, you don’t have to go all the way to the wall, just do your best! For your hamstrings, try sitting touching your toes. Also, try getting your side split because that gives you a lot of hamstring flexibility.
