If you want to hide a chest full of gold, don't just keep it a secret that there's gold in it, keep the existence of the secret itself secret. Therefore, if you tell your cousin, you tell the world. Sure, you can and should ask her to respect your privacy and keep it secret; who knows, she might even do it. But you're likely wanting to tell her not because you need help cross-dressing, but because you want to tell someone who you are. That's fine. My advice? Go for it; trust your cousin.
