QuestionI have a small bright spot and I dimmed the dot with JScreenFix. Is a followup with pressure solution an option or not?Community AnswerYou should not use the pressure method until you've tried using JScreenFix on the pixels overnight, (Turn the monitor around so it doesn't keep you up if you use the monitor in your room.) If the dots don't dim any more, then put a small amount of pressure on the spot. If it makes it worse, stop immediately as you may cause more damage if you continue. If it helps, rub the pixels that are stuck for about five minutes with your finger, stop if it spreads. If all works, than keep going and your pixels will be good.

They also have a characteristic "square" shape. The main problems with cheap LCD panels, in addition to this, are backlight bleeding at the edges, and excessive IPS glow.
