    Expert Answer
Exercise and a healthy diet! It seems obvious, but it works. What may be less obvious is that it's generally better to eat smaller meals more frequently throughout the day. It's better to eat 3-4 smaller meals than 2 big ones. Remember to always eat breakfast 1-2 hours after waking up and work on meal prepping if you tend to forget to make a meal every now and then.
