I am organizing by number in Pokedex, where would I put special cards such as Pikachu libre? Would I put it behind normal Pikachu?
    Community Answer
You could do this. However, I would personally organize all 'normal' cards like that and have a new set for special cards. Another option would be to put your special cards BEFORE your normal cards. Special cards often look nicer so putting them in front of your normal cards can make your collection look a bit nicer or fancier.

If organizing by type: Organize the two separately as normal (water with water, fairy with fairy). If organizing by Set: The cards are most likely not from the same set (check just in case).
