Reach out to the hiring manager and ask questions like, "What's being tested?" "What is the format of the test?" and "Are there any study guides or materials I can review to prepare?" Ideally, they'll give you some idea of what to expect.

If you're not really given any information, use whatever you can find on their website, like a mission statement or the company's policies. Make sure you know everything in the job description, as well. You can use those things to assess what they might cover.
  • Question
Is it okay to ask for additional help or information while working on a project?
    Community Answer
Of course! The more information you can get about your project, the better!
  • Question
Is it okay to work on different projects at one time?
    Community Answer
I would avoid working on multiple projects at one time. I would try to finish each one with care and precision, and finish it fast. If you are really pressed for time, try to devote as much as you can to each project before moving to the next.
  • Question
On my assessment test, I answered one of the questions incorrectly. Does this disqualify me?
    Community Answer
Not at all! They will take in to account the rest of your questions, too.
  • Question
If a coworker steals from the office what do I do?
    Community Answer
Report it, even if you know them. it isn't right for someone to be stealing from a workplace, if you were really uncomfortable with the idea maybe you should have a word with them yourself, tell them you haven't told anyone yet but maybe ask for an explanation and go from there. if you deem it still unacceptable, then report it.
