I am on the 2nd throw of my dice (I have four). I roll three 6s and a 1. Is this equal to 700? Or does the 3 of a kind only count on the first roll?

Can you add to the dice that is already been pulled aside, for example, if I roll three 4s then roll another 4 can I make that 4 of a kind?

If you take a 1 on your first roll but then on your second roll you roll two 1s, can you combine these with the first 1 to get 1000, or just get an additional 200 points?

On my first roll, I got 5,5,6,6,3,2. I set aside the 5s. Can I also set aside the two 6s in hopes of rolling one more on my next roll?

No. Since two 6s on their own aren't worth any points, they can't be set aside. In this case, you can only set aside the 5s, since single 5s are worth points on their own.
